On 20th.May, the Ningde Federation of Trade Unions and the Ningde Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism held a plaque ceremony for the "Pingnan Shengyang Yuanyangxi Tourism Development Co., Ltd. City level Employee Rehabilitation Base" in Baishuiyang Scenic Area. Xie Jingfang, Vice Chairman of the Ningde City Federation of Trade Unions, awarded the license to Pingnan Shengyang Yuanyangxi Tourism Development Co., Ltd., and Chen Jiangen, Executive Director and General Manager of Shengyang Yuanyangxi Company, took over the license.Other leaders and guests who attended the awarding ceremony included Zheng Liqing, Minister of the Rights and Interests Protection Department of the Ningde City Federation of Trade Unions, Lin Qin, Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Pingnan County Federation of Trade Unions, Lu Feng, Vice Chairman of the Pingnan County Federation of Trade Unions, and Zhang Qiaoying, Third level Director of the Pingnan County Cultural and Tourism Bureau.At the awarding ceremony, Vice Chairman Xie Jingfang delivered a speech, stating that the awarding of the base is a new starting point, and we must pay attention to the construction of employee recuperation bases, improve the quality of recuperation services, continuously improve the facilities and equipment of recuperation services, enrich the forms and connotations of recuperation activities, and make efforts in standardized operation, high-quality service, and brand building to "store energy and power" for frontline workers and model workers. At the same time, taking the construction of medical and recuperation bases as an important lever to leverage the power of trade unions and promote economic development, taking on social responsibilities, innovating service models, and actively exploring the development model of "trade unions+tourism+industry".General Manager Chen Jiangen stated that the scenic area will take the unveiling of the city level employee rest and recuperation base as an opportunity, and compare it with the creation standards of the employee rest and recuperation base to explore and integrate the unique advantages of the scenic area, find the role positioning of providing better quality and healthier rest and recuperation services for model workers, carefully design content and activities that meet the needs of employees, conform to the scientific reality of rest and recuperation, and have diverse forms. Efforts will be made to create a high-quality employee rest and recuperation route in Baishuiyang Yuanyangxi, and promote the high-quality development of Pingnan County's cultural and tourism economy.
